Default GFX - Post proccesing effects

With Guild Wars 2 coming, its a shame guildwars 1 will be less popular, but the enviroments are still amazing and I would like to see some features happening like:

- Motion blur, just a slight one, when you rotate your camera and fast movement (like dodge/Dash/drunken master)

- Depth of field, can be an annoyance, but great for pictures and fog, it would nicely cover up some unloaded objects in the far horizon (wich are now desplayed as heavely stretched faced textures) and would add some realism and eyecandy

- Ele skills gfx update, Some skills out there look really well done, but according to what an elementalist can do, and what it shows it does, I think its offdone compare to for example some skills monk have (ray of judgement *-*)

thats all for now.. Ill edit when i think up some more ideas.
My apolagies for any bad grammar or vocabulary ^^

I'd settle for optional higher texture resolution at further distances, and higher resolution on other characters.
